Ketchup Gore Mod is a Doom mod that adds all the Brutal Doom’s gore and blood without featuring any gameplay modifications.
Developed by Sergeant Mark IV himself, the Ketchup Gore Mod can be easily edited and added to other gameplay WADs and features the same Brutal Doom CVARs that allow the player to control the amount of blood in-game. Besides that, in order to avoid lagging, it features the Janitor, the function that, when enabled, removes all the gibs after 30 seconds.
If I'm not mistaken, the Ketchup Gore Mod V5 is a more up-to-date version of Sergeant_Mark_IV's Universal Gore Mod T4 (used in Jason's Doom) but V5 uses the Brutal Doom v20b gore system. I wonder if this mod will be updated further, since Brutal Doom is already going to its 21st version now and stuff.
The Ketchup Gore Mod is especially useful for adding in mods. I have seen many PWADs with it built-in. This comic level of gore and blood is also cool for you to make your own Doom videos look cooler.

Ketchup Gore Mod should work with the IWADs from Doom II: Hell on Earth, The Ultimate Doom, the classic (and registered) Doom, Heretic, Hexen, Final Doom, from both Freedoom's phases and with any total conversion or gameplay mod. It
should also work with GZDoom (1.8 to 2.1) and Zandronum (2.0 or
superior) without problems
This PWAD also has a version that does not interfere with the codes of the monsters, the "bloodspats only". This version can be used
with WADs that have their own monster modifications, like Pirate Doom or WolfenDoom Blade of Agony. This version's filename is

I fixed the Ketchup Gore Mod V5 for it to work on GZDoom 2.2 or higher. Before that, it was giving a loading error and the game wouldn't start. The following link leads to that fixed version:
