La Tailor Girl is a Doom mod created by Hege Cactus that adds charming protagonists who can use armors that grant attack bonuses, added to protection. Without wearing anything, however, the character will have trouble to use weapons and be subject to lose health.
Besides this system, the PWAD presents its own screens, sound effects and HUD, a totally new arsenal, altfires, a pleasant and retro graphic style, pick-up modifications and other interesting features. Also, since its monsters aren’t changed at all, it can be easily combined with probably any enemy pack.
I found La Tailor Girl quite spectacular. Not only is it fun to play and has a lot of good and unique gameplay features, but it presents a very good graphic style, especially for those who like old or retro-styled games. The wide variety of armatures and modifications can potentially promote replay, since this means a lot of stuff to explore. Another thing I can mention is that whoever drew these graphics is very talented...

Compatibility
I ran La Tailor Girl here on GZDoom (3.3.2 and 3.4.1), with the IWADs from Doom II: Hell on Earth, The Ultimate Doom, Final Doom and both Freedoom’s phases. It seems to run just fine with all that.
