Paranoid is a Doom II mod developed by The Persecution Complex that remakes Half-Life, adapting several of its elements and resources, on the classic id Software’s first-person shooter.
The PWAD features enemies, weapons, textures, menus, skyboxes, models, sprites, sound effects, voice acting, and an 8-map hub based on the Valve’s hit. Paranoid’s plot, something that it focuses a lot, passes on the Black Mesa military-industrial facility within the Half-Life universe. In fact, it even includes friendly and interactive NPCs from the original game.

Compatibility
According to the mod's WAD Authoring file, Paranoid needs GZDoom 1.4.8 or higher. I tested it here on GZDoom 1.8.2, 2.4 and 3.2, with the IWADs from Doom II: Hell on Earth, Final Doom and Freedoom’s phase 2. This PWAD seems to work just fine with all that.I also tested the PWAD in Zandronum 2.0 and 3.0 and, although is playable, I noticed that the walking NPCs disappear on the laboratory map. I can not tell if something else is missing, beside these fuckers.
